We are not looking for carers though it will certainly be useful if you have cared for someone or had care experience. We are looking for creative problem solvers who love to help people. Who have compassion and empathy and find joy in making others happy and thought about.
Sourcing an Alpaca as a unique gift for a wealthy father-in-law or a Disney Frozen-inspired Birthday Cake for a granddaughter’s birthday. We need people who know how to source extraordinary goods and services, and who are imaginative, creative, and fun. We are constantly surprised by the requests we receive.
Maybe you have been an interior decorator, you speak a second language, or you play chess with skill.

Our Colleagues are often but not always mature Women and Men, many are retired themselves but like to feel useful and give something back.
We feel the mature aspect of our colleagues is a real bonus as their mindset and experiences often offer a mutual commonality with our clients.
Many have had long professional careers but now want something a little gentler.
You Are SOLUTION DRIVEN, organised and have a great sense of humour.
You find dignity in work, have great compassion and empathy for others, and believe a smile can be shared a thousand times. You know it is the way we make people feel that will be remembered fondly and leave a lasting impression.
We offer a new era in the support of seniors. We understand the need for respecting dignity above all else – it is about customised support and not traditional “elderly care”. Our team members work with (rather than “for”) the clients and support their day-to-day needs.
At the senior concierge company you won’t find overworked, uniformed “carers” employed by a faceless company and paid a pittance. Our colleagues form meaningful relationships with clients, they enjoy their work and have good communication skills, professionalism and maturity.
